Child Growth and Development students study the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development of a child from conception to five years of age. This course teaches parenting and caregiving roles in relation to the developing child as well as guiding them in the learning process. This class is a basic foundation course for any student wanting to pursue a career in education or working with children in any capacity.
